The MSc cycle1st and2nd year
HEIP offers an MSc in Diplomacy and International Relations. This is a professional training program that lasts 5 years. Students in the first year of the MSc program follow a core curriculum in international law, economics and finance… In addition to the lectures and tutorials, a research methodology seminar prepares students for the rest of the program. At the end of the first year, they complete their research thesis with the support of their research director. In addition, the training is carried out in the institution during the first year and includes an internship of 4 to 6 months.
From the second year onwards, students take their specialization according to their choice at the beginning of the curriculum, and they can switch to a sandwich course. They will, in fact, be introduced to in-depth knowledge about the option of their choice. HEIP offers several specializations subdivided into “international studies” or “political studies”. They can then go into geopolitics, law, economics, or any other option that will integrate them into the field of politics or international relations upon graduation. By entering the MSc program at HEIP, you will obtain your Msc degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the end of your program.

Who is this Msc in International Relations and Diplomacy for?
The MSc program at HEIP is designed for students interested in a career in diplomacy or international relations. The school nevertheless requires prerequisites in order to train students capable of carrying out a professional project. Indeed, to enter the first year of this MSc program, you must have 180 ECTS credits in hand or in the process of obtaining them (bac+3). To enter the second year of the MSc, you must have 240 ECTS credits (bac+4). Holders of anequivalentforeign degree are also accepted in the first year MSc. Your previous studies must be in one of the following areas:

- economic sciences.
