Recently, HEIP students went to the Quai d’Orsay where they had the chance to talk with Christophe Itier, High Commissioner for Social and Solidarity Economy and Social Innovation to the Minister of State and Minister for Ecological and Inclusive Transition.
Christophe Itier began his career in the public sector, within local authorities on education and then public health issues. He was also the general secretary of a social protection group. He then coordinated the work of developing the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) component of Emmanuel Macron’s presidential program, before being appointed High Commissioner for the Social and Solidarity Economy and Social Innovation to the Minister of State and Minister for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition on September 6, 2017.
During the Devenir Délégué Forum , organized by our partner Open Diplomacy on our premises, Christophe Itier invited HEIP students to come to the Quai d’Orsay to discuss his career and experiences with him.
